MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTING OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRODUCTS
Our comprehensive range of food testing services includes microbiological testing of food and beverage products, fruits, vegetables, sweets, marine products, meat, milk and dairy products to determine product safety and product quality. This can be performed per batch or can be reviewed over time to determine product shelf life. We test for pathogens like Salmonella spp, E.coli, Campylobacter, Listeria, Clostridium, Pseudomonas, Legionella, Staph aureus, Enterobacteriace Coliforms as well as spoilage organisms such as Yeasts, Moulds and Bacillus cereus, underpinned by our expert shelf life testing service.
